What does the personal account manager on Premium include?

On the Premium plan you get a direct point of contact — a manager who knows your business, helps with configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting. In addition, our team configures the system tailored to your specific business processes (full onboarding).

What are webhooks and why do they matter?

Webhooks let you connect CRMOnline to any external system — your website, mobile app, ERP, Zapier and more. Every action in the system (new customer, payment, appointment) can automatically push data to another system. Basic — no webhooks. Standard — 2 webhooks. Premium — unlimited.
